At time of booking, the balance must be paid to confirm the booking.
Upon booking, the customer agrees full liability of any damages that may occur to the equipment during their hire period. Any damages will be invoiced accordingly following inspection of the equipment post hire.
If notice of cancellation is given 48 hours prior to the commencement of the hire, then the balance is refunded in full.
If notice of cancellation is not given prior to 48 hours before the commencement of the hire, the balance is not refundable.
Equipment is available for delivery or collection Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Equipment is available for delivery or collection from 11am on the day of the hire.
Hire equipment must be returned or available for collection by 10am on the day of the completion of the hire.
Late collections/deliveries will be chargeable at the day rate, and therefore a late collection/return must be agreed beforehand and an extra day will be charged.
Users must ensure they comply with any restrictions placed on the equipment hired (E.g. User weight limit, Maximum Gradient etc)
